Cheap, clean and with AC. Only drawback is the in room coffee was horrible.
It was surprisingly nice in the room and with the view. However, for the life of me after checking in I could not get anyone to come to the front desk. After phoning, they did not have toothbrushes in case you forgot yours.
Best place ever Good housekeeping. Manager was really helpful. Mostly recommended to stay overnight.

Stayed there June 2016. It was clean and quiet and walkable to restaurants. The beds were comfortable. It is a bit older but it was clean! We were there for a wedding and the guests who stayed at other hotels all had complaints about them being dirty, noisy, etc. If I had to go back I would stay at this motel again.

We were not expecting to be so welcomed by the receptionist. Completely was a very kind young lady. Was very kind asking is we needed anything just to call and she would get it for us. Next day met Mr Warren who I believe is the owner. My nephew and I expressed how grateful we were when we arrived the night before. As well Mr. Warren has been so kind as to send information of things happening in the area. As I went to this area of Saskatoon to leave my nephew ad he starts his career as a pilot. I already know Warren and he said he would send me information about things going on in town. I will definitely return back and stay visit my nephew and organize winter fishing. Book with confidence and the breakfast was included in the price. Lots of choices to choose from.
Best Experience ever. Neat & Clean room's. Beautiful River valley view at back. Great place to stay.
